Coordination and Procurement of Data from Commercial Outlets ECA Divisions and Subregional Offices - Data Needs for 2026–2027
Purpose of the survey
ACS is coordinating the collection of information on ECA divisions’ and SROs’ current and anticipated needs for micro-data, statistics, and restricted databases from commercial data providers. The information collected will support a corporate assessment of needs, costs, funding options, and opportunities for consolidated subscriptions or shared access.

Consultancies
Tracks consultants engaged by ACS, including contract periods, assigned areas of work, and the submission of final reports and performance evaluations.
Support Requests
Official requests from Member States for technical assistance, advisory services, or capacity-building support related to official statistics, data systems, and statistical modernization.
Reference Docs
Supporting documents such as workshop reports, guidelines, background papers, technical notes, and other reference materials relevant to ACS work.
Minutes
Official records of meetings organized or coordinated by ACS and its sections, documenting key discussions, decisions taken, and agreed follow-up actions and responsibilities.
Missions
Reports prepared after official missions conducted by ACS staff and/or consultants, documenting mission objectives, activities undertaken, key findings, and recommendations, including agreed next steps.
NSO's
Country and NSO reference information, including institutional contacts and key national documents such as statistical legislation, strategic plans, and relevant policies.
OoD Strategic Communications
Official documents issued, shared, or managed by the Director’s Office, including formal correspondence, directives, decision notes, and other leadership-level communications.

These are ACS's Partners, Regional organizations, RECs, Statistical Training Institutes, Statistical Associations.
Presentations and Speechs
Presentations, speeches, and briefing materials prepared and delivered by ACS management or staff for meetings, conferences, workshops, and high-level events.
